ben.stull d22a02b18e chore(specs): move SD-0001 to its single home in wiggleverse-ecomm-content/specs/ 
The Solution Design is a living contract with one canonical location — the
content repo's specs/ collection (submitted there, status graduated, at
df616a6). Removing the app-repo copy so the two cannot drift. Context:
wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin#85.
