ben.stull 876ea2fec5 docs: prune completed items from §12 backlog; renumber remainder
Trust & safety (now §10) and legal & compliance (now §11) are written up, so
drop their backlog pointers (#1, #3) and renumber the six remaining items 1–6.

- Backlog now: demand, sustainability/metrics, MVP scope, data model,
  governance, hybrid-makers standard.
- Intro notes the two graduated sections and points the recommended-next at
  §10's open reputation-engine work.
- Re-pointed cross-refs to the renumbered items: §12 #4#2 (health metrics),
  §12 #7#5 (governance appeal), §12 #8#6 (making/reselling standard);
  the hybrid-makers "#1 accountability" tie now points to §10.

ben.stull ed4b6dbc60 docs: flesh §10 into full Trust & safety & maker accountability section
Promote backlog #1's settled shape into a full §10 (parallel to §11), leaving
only the OHM-guided reputation engine + adjacent frameworks as open work.

- §10 sections: the originating edge (trust topology); how reputation flows up
  the edge (decayed, hop-capped, positive-reinforcement framing); consequence =
  loss of standing not expulsion (transparency-as-enforcement, "gate the demand
  not the tool"); authority & appeal (inviter primary, platform floor for active
  harm, governance appeal path, provenance lies as trust violations, legal spine
  in §11); and a "Still open" subsection gathering the OHM-guided reputation
  engine, revocation triggers, dispute framework, out-of-flow non-delivery
  (not guarantor), and false-report/collusion controls.
- Backlog #1 reduced to a pointer to §10, flagging the open engine as the
  recommended next session.
- Re-pointed refs that targeted the old §12 #1 (top-of-file note, §11 ghosting
  cross-ref) to §10.

ben.stull 2f4c3be578 docs: promote backlog #3 → §11 Legal & compliance; reserve §10 for Trust & Safety
Consolidate the scattered legal points of the maker-platform strategy into one
§11, with the through-line that the out-of-money-flow stance (§7) IS the legal
strategy — one architectural choice discharging MTL, marketplace-facilitator
sales tax, and MoR liability at once.

- §11 covers: MTL recap; marketplace-facilitator sales tax (the centerpiece —
  two-part conjunctive test, advertising-only exclusion, the "indirectly
  collects" edge, Phase-3 / split-payment-kit / Connect danger zones, tax-calc
  as the storefront's job); Connect-config-as-legal-posture (cross-ref §7);
  raffle/lottery (engineer out consideration); FTC (affiliate disclosure,
  30-day pre-order rule, handmade substantiation); privacy + DPAs; FTO/patent;
  restored novelty finding; entity/UBIT flag. Convention: flag & verify — not
  legal advice; OHM-grounded per the top-of-file note.
- §10 reserved (stub) for the OHM-guided Trust & Safety write-up; shape stays
  in §12 #1.
- Backlog renumbered §10 → §12 (item numbers held stable); #3 → §11 pointer,
  #1 notes §10 reservation.
- Fixed stale cross-refs in §7 / top-of-file note (§10 #3 → §11; §10 backlog
  #1/#4/#8 → §10 / §12 #4 / §12 #8).
