ben.stull afe36fd347 add ui design ./ui/designs/ecomm-login-and-create-storefront-designs/ 
Claude Design export for SD-0001 (login + create-storefront surfaces): wf-*/hf-*
screens, design-system bundle, offline preview. First artifact in the ui/designs/
collection (ecomm#8). Also ignore .DS_Store.

Standard third content-repo collection alongside specs/ and plans/: UI-design
artifacts (Claude Design outputs generated from a Solution Design), referenced
from specs. Spec-linkage gate + backfill gesture tracked in
wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin#93.

Content/corpus repo for the clean ecomm app: specs/ (reviewed Solution Designs)
and plans/ (archived implementation plans) collections, plus room for the roadmap
and version pin. Code lives in the sibling wiggleverse-ecomm repo.
