I have other Google Cloud stuff happening on this machine. Let's create an inactive config for each GCP stack (benstull, wiggleverse) and update our instructions so that when we use GCP, it's always with CLOUDSDK_ACTIVE_CONFIG_NAME=xyz (plus explicit --project/--account flags as a belt-and-suspenders). That env var selects the config for that one process only — it never touches the on-disk "active config" pointer your other terminals read.
