Implement #83 (per-type session posture) per the graduated design, in this conversation immediately after brainstorming session 0066 produced it (operator chose "graduate + implement" when the /goal #83 Stop hook held the maximal "shipped" reading). Three slices in dependency order: SLICE-1 the engineering §6.5/digest amendment; SLICE-2 the --posture stamp + tests; SLICE-3 the gate/init/mode/finalize rewiring + 0.52.0 bump. SLICE-2 (TDD). New offline suite test-posture-stamp.sh written first (10 cases: derivation for the three current + legacy types and the no---type default; explicit --posture careful; yolo-override rendering "yolo (named override)"; invalid-value fail-fast; line ordering) — failed as expected; implemented --posture in claim-session-id.sh (validation, the type→posture map derived in the script — the ONE home, INV-1 — and the > Posture: line after > Type:); suite went 10/10; regressions stayed green (ownership 20/20, push-robustness 9/9, cleanup 8/8). SESSION-PROTOCOL.md claim section documents the stamp. (One slip: the protocol edit initially missed the commit — caught and amended into f933f1f before anything shipped.)
SLICE-3. Gate "Operating posture" block → per-type pointer + /goal hold rule (stale blanket claim grep-verified gone); the three init skills stamp/explain + detect a named launch-prompt override (--posture yolo-override + Deferred-decisions log) — brainstorming's Step-9 #116 named override is subsumed by the stamp; wgl-session-mode reframed as toggling from a per-type starting point (frontmatter description updated too); finalize Step 0 reads > Posture: (stampless-legacy falls back to the type map) and the brainstorming addendum keys --status off the posture in force — careful → proposed, graduated only via the named override / explicit toggle / operator graduation.
Ship. README wgl-session-mode row updated; version 0.51.0 → 0.52.0; scripts/lint.sh --check-bump clean (shellcheck warn-skipped, not installed); full offline sweep green. Plugin PR #119 merged (Fixes #83 → issue CLOSED); merged content verified on origin/main; remote branch deleted; worktree torn down (the untracked plan copy was discarded only after submit-plan.sh archived it to content 244adef). update-plugin.sh made the pin live 0.51.0 → 0.52.0 (new sessions only — restart//clear).
