Launch prompt

/goal Make content filters similar to modules such that they can be authored and maintained by the community and any number can be added to a Space. All Module and Filter usage UX should show the ability to search and add. Spaces should be able to set filters on user profiles in addition to posted content. Update the "Modules" nav item to "Studio". The Studio view should support authoring/editing of both Modules and Filters, separately. Create a worktree outside of the main repo dir for this session

Deferred decisions

• D1 (gate override — plan executed in-session): the /goal Stop hook requires the Filters + Studio feature to be implemented, not just planned; the operator did not answer the plan-review gate question and the hook blocked stopping. Treated the /goal condition as the operator directive (it outranks the writing-plans stop-at-gate default) and executed the reviewed-but-unapproved plan in this session's worktree — the fused planning-and-executing path. Merge and publish were then held and run only on the operator's explicit "Approved".
• D2 (spec delta deferred): Filters-as-community-artifacts + the Studio rename are D22-grade spec decisions, but specs/hearth-platform-v1.md was left untouched to avoid colliding with live concurrent SESSION-0005; fold-in belongs to a design-track touch (now the memory Next /goal).
