> Goal: Capture "Products MVP" as a typed, source-linked Gitea issue.
> Outcome: **Feature #12 filed** —
> https://git.wiggleverse.org/wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm/issues/12
> (`type/feature`, `priority/P1`). Draft deleted after filing (INV-8); content
> tree clean.
## Plan
Single-ask capture session, run end-to-end under the autonomous (yolo) posture:
1. Claim a tracked-lite transcript (`capture` type) — claimed **0025**.
2. Resolve the target app/content repo — `ecomm`, drafts into
`wiggleverse-ecomm-content/issues/`, filing on
`wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm`.
3. Check for resumable unfiled drafts — none.
4. Size-challenge the ask → one `type/feature` (not an Epic; the dev pre-carved
the MVP boundary; unphased single increment).
5. Draft `issues/products-mvp.md` per the RFC §5 template + the capture quality
guide (value check; business altitude for a Feature).
6. Self-approve under yolo → ensure labels → file via `capture-issues.sh` →
delete the draft.
7. Finalize tracked-lite (no artifact submission).
## Pre-session state
- App repo `wiggleverse-ecomm` on `main` @ 8a2ec24 (SLICE-4 part 1 merged,
PR #10). Untracked: `deployment.toml`,
`docs/superpowers/plans/2026-06-10-ui-designs-collection.md` — another
session's in-flight artifacts, not touched here.
- Session 0024 (SLICE-3 planning-and-executing) still `--INPROGRESS` in the
session history; its code merged (PR #9). No worktree isolation taken —
capture writes only the content repo's working tree, so no contention.
- Content repo `wiggleverse-ecomm-content` clean; no `issues/` drafts.
- Tracker labels (`type/*`, `priority/P*`) already exist (since session 0019).
## Turn-by-turn arc
1. **Operator opened with `/wgl-capture`** carrying the full ask inline:
*"Products MVP. See a list of all products and ability to navigate to
product details, which is read-only. For MVP, bulk import/export via CSV is
the only mechanism for adding or updating data."*
2. **Claimed session 0025** (`claim-session-id.sh --type capture`). Peek
surfaced 0024 as in-progress; judged non-contending (see Deferred
decisions).
3. **Resolved the app** (`resolve-app.py`): content repo
`~/git/wiggleverse.org/wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm-content`, subdir `.`;
tracker `wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm`.
4. **No unfiled drafts** (`list-unfiled-drafts.sh` empty) — fresh capture.
5. **Context = the operator's own ask** (BUC-3, self-originated). No external
signal; no secret-shaped content.
6. **Size-challenge → `type/feature`.** One coherent, unphased increment of
business value (catalog list + read-only detail + CSV-only
import/export). The broader products domain (editing, variants, buyer
surface) is later rolling-wave decomposition, not this issue.
7. **Drafted `issues/products-mvp.md`** per the §5 template, steered by
`references/capture-quality.md`: pain framed as the *current* cost
(storefronts shipped as empty shells; downstream ecomm capabilities blocked
on a catalog; migrating merchants' catalogs trapped in export files) — not
"products don't exist"; personas table (merchant / migrating merchant /
platform builder); acceptance includes the lossless idempotent CSV
round-trip and the explicit absence of any in-app mutation path; CSV kept
in the business sections as the operator's stated product constraint, not
solution leakage; Solution notes omitted entirely (approaches not
discussed — the skill forbids authoring them unilaterally); decomposition
deferred to the Feature's Solution Design.
8. **Approved on the operator's behalf (yolo) and filed:**
`ensure-capture-labels.sh` (all existed) →
`capture-issues.sh --type feature --priority P1` → **issue #12**, filed
body = approved draft; filed-marker stamped.
9. **Deleted the draft** (INV-8 default); `list-unfiled-drafts.sh --all` and
`git status` confirm the content tree clean.
10. **Finalize (`/wgl-session-finalize`, this section):** tracked-lite — no
spec/plan artifact. Base survey found no session-owned repo work to land.
Memory updated (`project_ecomm_clean.md` + `MEMORY.md` index); `Next
/goal:` slot left pointing at SLICE-4 (the active build thread) — #12's
follow-up lives on the tracker, not in the goal slot. Transcript published
(this file).

## Deferred decisions
_Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have
liked operator input on._
- **Sizing: `type/feature`, not `type/epic`.** "Products MVP" (list +
read-only detail + CSV-only import/export) was judged one coherent,
unphased increment of business value — the dev had already carved the MVP
boundary. The broader products domain (editing UI, variants, inventory,
buyer-side browsing) can be decomposed later, rolling-wave. Filed as
Feature #12.
- **Surface interpretation: merchant-side catalog.** "See a list of all
products" was read as the merchant's catalog view (consistent with the
CSV-management framing), not the shopper-facing storefront. Shopper-facing
product browsing was recorded as an explicit non-goal in #12. If the
intent included the buyer surface, amend #12 / capture a sibling.
- **Approval on the operator's behalf (yolo).** The draft was self-reviewed
against the value check and filed without a per-block review pause (INV-1
approval exercised under the autonomous posture); Solution notes were
omitted entirely since candidate approaches weren't discussed (the skill
forbids authoring them unilaterally).
- **No worktree isolation despite a peeked `--INPROGRESS` 0024.** Session
0024 is the SLICE-3 session whose work already merged (PR #9); capture
writes only the content repo's working tree, so contention risk was nil.
## Cut state (end of session)
| Surface | State |
| --- | --- |
| Gitea `wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm` | **Feature #12 filed** (`type/feature`, `priority/P1`) — https://git.wiggleverse.org/wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm/issues/12 |
| Content repo `wiggleverse-ecomm-content` | clean on `main`; draft `issues/products-mvp.md` deleted after filing |
| App repo `wiggleverse-ecomm` | untouched by this session (`main` @ 8a2ec24; pre-existing untracked `deployment.toml` + `docs/superpowers/plans/2026-06-10-ui-designs-collection.md` left for their owning session) |
| Memory | `project_ecomm_clean.md` + `MEMORY.md` updated with session 0025; `Next /goal:` unchanged (SLICE-4) |
No code shipped; no pipeline stage applies (capture session — nothing
deployable changed).
## What lands on the operator's plate
- **Skim the deferred decisions above** — most worth a look: the
merchant-side-only reading of "all products" (buyer-facing browsing is an
explicit non-goal in #12) and the Feature-not-Epic sizing.
- **#12 needs a brainstorming session → Solution Design** before any
implementation plan (handbook §4.3 gate). It is queued on the tracker behind
the in-flight SLICE-4 work.
## Prompt the operator can paste into the next session
To continue the active build thread (SLICE-4, the stored next goal):
```
/goal next
```
Or to start Feature #12's design work instead:
```
/wgl-brainstorming develop the Solution Design for Feature #12 (Products MVP — merchant catalog list + read-only detail, CSV bulk import/export as the only data mechanism), anchored on https://git.wiggleverse.org/wiggleverse/wiggleverse-ecomm/issues/12
```
