2. Spec lockstep: update `specs/hearth-platform-v1.md` (version bump + change-log
|
||
entry; affected sections) to record the space-card tagline.
|
||
3. Merge session-0008 into `main`; publish only at session end / explicit ask
|
||
(deploy-cadence memory).

## Pre-state
|
||

- `main` clean and pushed at 1a440b4 (session 0007's PFM About work), spec at
|
||
v0.5.0, demo live at https://hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org.

- Session 0007's transcript still `--INPROGRESS` and occupying the main
|
||
checkout — the claim script's shared-tree guard fired, so this session ran in
|
||
its own worktree per the repo's worktree policy (the guard working as designed).

## Arc

1. **Classify + claim.** Build-shaped prompt; ran as the fused
|
||
planning-and-executing path (trivial leaf work — the writing-plans skill's own
|
||
carve-out) in the demo repo's unanchored mode. Claimed session 0008
|
||
(`--type planning-and-executing`, posture yolo); created worktree
|
||
`../makers-collective-demo--wt-space-slugs`, branch `session-0008`.

||
2. **Prototype edit.** Added `.space-card .sslug` (serif italic, .95rem, ink,
|
||
pulled up under the name) and a one-line tagline to all nine cards on the
|
||
Spaces hub (`view-spaces`): Lens, Loop, Work, Philadelphia Farmers Markets,
|
||
Seattle Area Makers, detections.ai, Swiftly Engineering Alums, The Marsh
|
||
Family, and PDX Urban Gardeners (Worth a look). Each tagline written in the
|
||
space's own voice (e.g. Loop: "Short video from people you chose — no slot
|
||
machine."). Verified with a Playwright screenshot of the spaces view
|
||
(file:// + `show('spaces')`); `<meta charset>` first-line guard intact.
|
||
3. **Spec lockstep.** `specs/hearth-platform-v1.md` → **v0.5.1**: change-log row
|
||
+ §5 UX Layout sentence. Presentation-level change — deliberately no new
|
||
D-number and no §6 impact.
|
||
4. **Land.** Commit c4afd69 on `session-0008`; merged --no-ff into `main` at
|
||
15b5aa0 (main checkout verified clean/current first); pushed.
|
||
5. **Publish (explicit ask).** Operator: "publish and finalize."
|
||
`scripts/publish-demo.sh` green — origin serves the exact local bytes
|
||
(sha256 match), HTTP 200, utf-8, title match.
|
||
6. **Finalize.** No plan doc this session (trivial iteration; transcript Plan
|
||
block was the whole decomposition) — nothing to archive. Worktree + branch
|
||
removed after merge (standing authorization). Memory `project-state.md` +
|
||
`MEMORY.md` updated to v0.5.1 / 15b5aa0.

## Deferred decisions
|

No low-confidence calls logged. Two soft calls made and surfaced in-chat:

routing this trivially-scoped prompt through the fused planning-and-executing

||
path rather than a plan-only writing-plans session, and drafting the nine

taglines' copy myself — the operator saw the full list and approved by asking
