## Deferred decisions (running log)

- The #78 design's premise "#64's handbook subsection was never written" is
|
||
stale — it landed as §3.4 (eng PR #27, SLICE-2 of #64) after the design was
|
||
drafted. Resolution: honor D2 (co-locate) + D9 (§4.3 home) — move the gate
|
||
text into §4.3, leave §3.4 as a one-line pointer stub. Logged in the design's
|
||
v1.0.2 changelog row.
|
||
- New §4.3 displaces OHM → renumbered §4.4; all OHM-§4.3 citations updated
|
||
(digest, plugin README/CLAUDE.md, ohm-presence-notice hook).
|
||
- eng#36: only its handbook slice is folded in here (per the session goal);
|
||
the brainstorming phase-detection enforcement stays follow-on per #36's own
|
||
