**The pivot.** `ecomm` moves from a generic multi-tenant Shopify-alternative
|
|
storefront to the commitment-commerce + cross-maker **verified referral network**.
|
|
Target service map: `ecomm` → the **network service** (keep canonical catalog
|
|
codec/dialect as the index-ingestion seed); a **new repo** for the Medusa
|
|
storefront engine; `wgl-identity` as a platform-wide service (later); no Shopify
|
|
app yet.

**Phase A — clear decks (this repo).**

- Issue triage (Gitea): close #1, #12, #14, #23, #24, #25, #27, #28, #31 with
|
|
pivot-citing comments; keep #3 (OHM Exit & Portability), #19 (patchwatch), #16

## Progress
|
|
|
|
- **Phase A DONE (merged `c18ddcc`, PR #33).** Issue triage: closed #1/#12/#14/#23/#24/#25/#27/#28/#31; kept #3/#16/#19 (+#21 left open); recast #15 → cross-maker kits. Code strip (branch `pivot-strip-storefront`, now deleted): removed `storefronts` domain, products import/export/image HTTP spine, SPA `frontend/`, Playwright `e2e/`; kept `/healthz` + `/api/auth/*` (accounts) + catalog-normalization library + `platform/*`. `check.sh` green (import-linter KEPT, pytest passing). `app.json`/README/CLAUDE.md repointed; VERSION 0.8.0 → 0.9.0; `dev.sh`/`deployment.toml` trimmed.

- **OHM (committed to `ohm-content` main earlier this session, before the planning gate):** `identity` + `relationality` super-drafts written (`70c79c6`).
|

- **Pending operator decisions:** (1) deploy the v0.9.0 seed to `ecomm-ppe` (tears down the live v0.8.0 storefront PPE) vs leave v0.8.0 running; (2) Phase B Medusa storefront engine — new app name + GCP sharing, and repo/env stand-up is an operator-run flotilla/`launch-app` gesture.

## Deferred decisions
|
|
|
|
_Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have
|
|
liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at
|
|
finalize. Empty if none._
|
|
|
|
- **§4.3 anchor override (operator-instructed).** A planning-and-executing
|
|
session normally anchors on an approved Solution Design or a leaf
|
|
`story`/`task`/`bug`. The network direction has neither yet — the proper next
|
|
artifact is a network Solution Design (brainstorming). Operator chose to "clear
|
|
decks now, then get Medusa set up" ahead of the SD; proceeding on that explicit
|
|
instruction. The reset is reversible (git history + reopenable issues).
|
|
- **Stale orphan SESSION-0027** (2026-06-11T01-00, `--INPROGRESS`) surfaced at
|
|
claim — superseded by 0035 (finalized 2026-06-12), not live. Flagged for cleanup,
|
|
not adopted this session.
|
|
|
|
## Outcome / next
|
|
|
|
- **Phase A shipped to `main` (PR #33, `c18ddcc`); NOT deployed.** Operator chose to
|
|
**keep v0.8.0 running on `ecomm-ppe`** (the working storefront demo) rather than
|
|
deploy the v0.9.0 seed — so PPE intentionally diverges from `main` for now. The seed
|
|
is *done at merge*, not shipped; redeploy decision deferred until the network has
|
|
surfaces worth showing.
|
|
- **Phase B (Medusa storefront engine) is SD-gated.** Operator chose **"write the SD
|
|
first"** — the network/storefront Solution Design (a `wgl-brainstorming` session)
|
|
leads, with `network_strategy.md` + the OHM `identity`/`relationality` super-drafts as
|
|
inputs. Medusa scaffolding + flotilla provisioning follow from that design, not this
|
|
session. This is the network SD deferred at session start, now the explicit next step.
|
|
