> Type: capture
> Claude-Session: ee9e7d2d-fc4c-4481-843b-1ce7e5d6019a
> Goal: capture the wgl-triage / workflow-engine backlog; mid-session pivoted to
> operator-dictated amendments of six tracker issues to the agreed staging design.
> Outcome: 6 issues amended live (#90 #95 #96 #99 #100 #101); 5 Feature drafts
> authored to business-block stage, left UNFILED (resumable).
## Plan
Capture session, two work streams:
1. **Five issue drafts** authored to business-block stage in the content repo's
`issues/` (working tree only, INV-8), all `type/feature`, awaiting dev
review before structural blocks → approach discussion → Solution notes →
file:
- `wgl-triage.md` — general-purpose triage gesture (links #44, #90)
- `triage-approval-spawns-design-task.md`#99 stage A2 (child of #99)
- `graduation-spawns-slice-issues.md`#99 stage A3 (child of #99)
- `eligibility-gate-open-blockers.md` — open-blocker session gate (child of #99)
- `promote-gesture.md` — in-session flotilla promote (no parent; custody
open question recorded)
2. **Six tracker amendments** applied on operator instruction (all PATCHed):
- #90 — added `triaged:parked` semantics + decline rubric (full verdict set)
- #99 — restated the agreed A2/A3 staging model; RFC §8.1 / handbook §7
doc-flip named an explicit deliverable
- #96 — expanded to the full next-pick skill (computed ready set, WSJF
rank, Phase-1 label-based conflict heuristic, top-N output; name TBD)
- #100 — re-scoped to the slice-loop entry (`/goal next #N`; report blocker
and stop)
- #101 — lock concretized as visible `status:in-progress` label set/cleared
by the bookends, atop the git-native claim
- #95 — concretized as the `wgl-design-handoff` verb (absorbs #93's
backfill; closing the UI Designs ticket unblocks A3-wired slices)
## Pre-session state
- Plugin source + pin both at 0.48.0 (no cache lag). Plugin repo clean apart
from the long-standing untracked `docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-09-wgl-capture-mvp-design.pdf`.
- Content repo (`wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin-content`) clean; no unfiled
drafts (Step 2.5 detector empty).
- Claim peek showed three `--INPROGRESS` siblings: 0035, 0048 (stale-looking),
and **0058 started 21:25 the same evening — treated as live**.
- Tracker context verified at start: #44 (gitea-issues-lib extraction,
accepted/P2), #90 (triage-state model, P1), #99 (workflow-engine epic,
accepted), all open.
## Turn-by-turn arc
1. **Claim + resolve (Steps 12).** Claimed 0059 (`--type capture`,
prompt-file embedded). Resolved the app: tracker
`wiggleverse/wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin`, content repo
`wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin-content` (`CONTENT_SUBDIR=.`). No unfiled
drafts to adopt. Concurrency call: distinct-slug coordination in the clean
content tree instead of a content-repo worktree (capture writes unstaged
files only) — logged as a deferred decision.
2. **Ask 1 — `wgl-triage`.** Sized `type/feature` (design-gated: generalization
boundary vs the plugin-specific review skill, confirm-loop UX, #90 vocab).
WSJF ≈ 5·3·4 ÷ 5 ≈ 2.4 → P2. Business block drafted at business altitude
(mechanisms — lib extension, label names, `--parked` flag — held for
Solution notes). Added pain claim: the existing feedback-review flow couples
judging with fixing, so pruning means committing to implement.
3. **Ask 2 — A2 (approval spawns SD ticket).** Verified Epic #99 = exactly this
direction. Typed `feature`, child of #99 (Epic→Feature decomposition; the
queryable-representation question is a real design choice). Business block
drafted; pain anchored on the uniform-ready-set rationale (R3: a Feature is
never directly actionable).
4. **Ask 3 — A3 (graduation spawns slice issues + conditional UI-designs
ticket).** Typed `feature`, child of #99. Kept the generated-dashboard-not-
system-of-record principle and the slice-grain boundary (plan steps never
become tracker items) in the business sections as domain language; the
`submit-spec.sh` hook point / §7.2 parsing / `- [ ] #123 SLICE-1` format
held back.
5. **Ask 4 — open-blocker eligibility gate.** Verified
`check-issue-eligibility.sh` exists (wgl-session-common). Typed `feature`,
child of #99 — can't be planned until A3's dependency representation is
settled. Pain anchored on the yolo interaction: an unenforced prerequisite
will eventually be skipped; "Blocked by #N" lines exist today and nothing
reads them.
6. **Ask 5 — promote gesture.** Different domain (§9/§10 pipeline), no parent.
Typed `feature` (carries the recorded credential-custody open question:
operator-terminal-only vs agent-run-on-verbal-go — to be decided in its
design, deliberately not pre-decided in Acceptance). Tracker question
(plugin vs flotilla-core) flagged for the structural block.
7. **Pivot — operator amendment stream.** Six successive instructions amended
the tracker to the agreed design (labels A2/A3 matching drafts 23):
- **#90** edited inline (Summary, two new Acceptance bullets, doc-slice
checklist, Solution notes) + audit comment: full verdict set —
`triaged:parked` (excluded from ready set; manual parked listing with
age; never auto-resurfaced) + decline rubric recorded on close.
- **#99/#96/#100/#101/#95** each gained a dated **Amendment** section
superseding the older sketch (bodies preserved): the A2/A3 staging model
with the RFC §8.1 / handbook §7 doc-flip deliverable; the full next-pick
skill; the slice-loop entry with report-blocker-and-stop; the
`status:in-progress` label lock; the `wgl-design-handoff` verb absorbing
#93.
- Tooling note: python urllib failed TLS verification (no local issuer
chain on this python.org build) — switched to curl with JSON payload
files; all PATCH/POST returned 201.
8. **Checkpoint** published mid-session after the amendment stream (commit
`6ea57b7` in session-history).
9. **Finalize** (this publish): tracked-lite — no artifact submit; drafts
dispositioned (all five unfiled → preserved); no worktree; no version gap
(0.48.0 = 0.48.0); memory + next-goal updated.
## Deferred decisions
- Concurrency: peek showed live session 0058 (same app). Chose non-overlapping
slug coordination in the content repo (clean tree, distinct slugs) over a
content-repo worktree; drafts are unstaged files only.
- Typed all five captured asks `type/feature` (not story/task) — each is
design-gated; flagged to dev for pushback at review.
- Draft `eligibility-gate-open-blockers` may overlap the "enforcement Feature"
sibling that #90/#89 already anticipate — to reconcile before filing.
- #90/#99/#96/#100/#101/#95 amendments appended as dated sections superseding
older sketches rather than rewriting bodies wholesale (edit history + reader
clarity).
## Cut state (end of session)
| Surface | State |
| --- | --- |
| Plugin repo | main = origin/main @ 0.48.0; untouched this session (pre-existing untracked design PDF remains) |
| Content repo | main clean; **5 UNFILED drafts** in `issues/` (business blocks only) — local working tree, not committed, not published |
| Tracker | #90 #95 #96 #99 #100 #101 amended live; **no issues filed** this session (INV-1 — drafts unapproved) |
| Plugin pin | 0.48.0 loaded = 0.48.0 marketplace; no update needed |
| Session-history | checkpoint `6ea57b7`, finalized by this publish |
## What lands on the operator's plate
- **Review the five draft business blocks** in
`~/git/wiggleverse.org/wiggleverse/wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin-content/issues/`
— they are local-only (cross-machine preservation would need
`publish-capture.sh`, offered but not run).
- Decide at resume: `wgl-triage`#99 linkage; filing order (`wgl-triage`
first recommended); `eligibility-gate` vs #89/#90's enforcement Feature
(possible same issue); `promote-gesture` target tracker.
- The untracked `docs/superpowers/specs/2026-06-09-wgl-capture-mvp-design.pdf`
in the plugin repo remains the operator's (pre-existing, untouched).
## Prompt the operator can paste into the next session
```
/goal capture (resume) — adopt and finish the five unfiled drafts in wiggleverse-dev-claude-plugin-content/issues/ (wgl-triage, triage-approval-spawns-design-task, graduation-spawns-slice-issues, eligibility-gate-open-blockers, promote-gesture): review the business blocks, author structural blocks + Solution notes per the amended #90/#95/#96/#99/#100/#101 direction, and file on approval — wgl-triage first so the siblings cite its real #N; reconcile eligibility-gate-open-blockers with the enforcement Feature #89/#90 anticipate; settle promote-gesture's target tracker (plugin vs flotilla-core).
## Launch prompt
```
/wgl-capture Build wgl-triage, a general-purpose triage skill over any project's Gitea tracker (generalizing the mechanics of review-dev-claude-plugin-feedback, which stays plugin-specific). It lists untriaged issues and, for each, recommends one of: accept (with a priority/P0P3 recommendation and a short WSJF note in the body), decline (rubric: duplicate of existing work / conflicts significantly with existing functionality / too far off the beaten path — close with resolution:declined|duplicate), or park (triaged:parked: good idea, not worth the paperwork against the current backlog). Posture is recommend-and-confirm: the human approves each verdict, even in yolo, since triage prunes ideas durably. Also provides a --parked listing mode (with age) as the manual parking-lot review gesture. Label writes go through deterministic scripts (extend the gitea-issues-lib.sh work in #44). Depends on #90's state model.
