Session 0059.0 — Transcript

App: dev-claude-plugin Start: 2026-06-10T21-55 (PST) Type: capture Claude-Session: ee9e7d2d-fc4c-4481-843b-1ce7e5d6019a Status: PLACEHOLDER — claimed at session start; finalized at session end.

This file reserves session ID 0059 for dev-claude-plugin. The driver replaces this body with the full transcript and renames the file to its final SESSION-0059.0-TRANSCRIPT-2026-06-10T21-55--.md form at session end.

Launch prompt

/wgl-capture Build wgl-triage, a general-purpose triage skill over any project's Gitea tracker (generalizing the mechanics of review-dev-claude-plugin-feedback, which stays plugin-specific). It lists untriaged issues and, for each, recommends one of: accept (with a priority/P0P3 recommendation and a short WSJF note in the body), decline (rubric: duplicate of existing work / conflicts significantly with existing functionality / too far off the beaten path — close with resolution:declined|duplicate), or park (triaged:parked: good idea, not worth the paperwork against the current backlog). Posture is recommend-and-confirm: the human approves each verdict, even in yolo, since triage prunes ideas durably. Also provides a --parked listing mode (with age) as the manual parking-lot review gesture. Label writes go through deterministic scripts (extend the gitea-issues-lib.sh work in #44). Depends on #90's state model.

Plan

Capture session, two work streams (checkpoint as of ~23:00):

  1. Five issue drafts authored to business-block stage in the content repo's issues/ (working tree only, INV-8), all type/feature, awaiting dev review before structural blocks → approach discussion → Solution notes → file:
    • wgl-triage.md — general-purpose triage gesture (links #44, #90)
    • triage-approval-spawns-design-task.md — #99 stage A2 (child of #99)
    • graduation-spawns-slice-issues.md — #99 stage A3 (child of #99)
    • eligibility-gate-open-blockers.md — open-blocker session gate (child of #99)
    • promote-gesture.md — in-session flotilla promote (no parent; custody open question recorded)
  2. Six tracker amendments applied on operator instruction (all PATCHed):
    • #90 — added triaged:parked semantics + decline rubric (full verdict set)
    • #99 — restated the agreed A2/A3 staging model; RFC §8.1 / handbook §7 doc-flip named an explicit deliverable
    • #96 — expanded to the full next-pick skill (computed ready set, WSJF rank, Phase-1 label-based conflict heuristic, top-N output; name TBD)
    • #100 — re-scoped to the slice-loop entry (/goal next #N; report blocker and stop)
    • #101 — lock concretized as visible status:in-progress label set/cleared by the bookends, atop the git-native claim
    • #95 — concretized as the wgl-design-handoff verb (absorbs #93's backfill; closing the UI Designs ticket unblocks A3-wired slices)

Deferred decisions

Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at finalize. Empty if none.

  • Concurrency: peek showed live session 0058 (same app). Chose non-overlapping slug coordination in the content repo (clean tree, distinct slugs) over a content-repo worktree; drafts are unstaged files only.
  • Typed all five captured asks type/feature (not story/task) — each is design-gated; flagged to dev for pushback at review.
  • Draft eligibility-gate-open-blockers may overlap the "enforcement Feature" sibling that #90/#89 already anticipate — to reconcile before filing.
  • #90/#99/#96/#100/#101/#95 amendments appended as dated sections superseding older sketches rather than rewriting bodies wholesale (edit history + reader clarity).
