Capture (session 0024, from the first PUC-11 rehearsal on PPE). The one-time-code email works — a real code arrived through the Gmail relay — but it reads as bare infrastructure, not as ecomm:

  • Plain text, no wordmark or design language (the ui/designs export defines the brand voice/palette the product screens already use; the email should match — the design's email mock: subject Your ecomm code: NNN NNN, honest one-line body, identity footer).
  • Sender identity is ben.stull@wiggleverse.org — should present as ecomm (e.g. ecomm <no-reply@ecomm.wiggleverse.org> per the hf-bootstrap design), which is relay/DNS work (From rewriting, SPF/DKIM alignment) as much as template work.
  • Keep INV-3/§6.6 discipline: the code stays out of logs; honest copy (validity window, "ignore if you didn't request").

Note: if/when auth extracts into the shared identity service (engineering#49/#50), the OTC email channel and its branding move there — coordinate before investing heavily.

Survives the pivot (session 0036). Email branding applies wherever the platform sends mail (OTC/OTP, notifications) regardless of storefront vs network framing.
