Brainstorming session: sort out Hearth spec open questions Q19 (participation bootstrap), Q20 (geography/location), Q21 (conditional alerts) from the marketfinder.us gap analysis (spec v0.10.1). Work each through decision checkpoints with the operator, land the decisions in specs/hearth-platform-v1.md (version bump, change log, decisions log), and update the prototype ui/designs/hearth-platform/index.html in lockstep, on branch session-0013 in a worktree, merged to main at session end.

• Q19/Q20/Q21 grounded in the spec's existing decisions (D8, D24/D25, D36/D42, D44, D47/D48, D51, INV-8/INV-10); decision checkpoints presented; operator AFK → recommended options taken (see Deferred decisions).
• Spec v0.11.0 drafted: D52 (gesture provenance + participation ladder: organizer-claimed attendance, claimable stubs, magic-link claim, roster ingestion as steward's-desk AI assist), D53 (geo contract: location field type, distance() + location-typed params, map renderer in catalog v1.1), D54 (subscribable alert offers — over a declared type, not YAML-1.1-boolean on); §6.11.12–14 added; Q19–Q21 closed.
• module-manifest.schema.json extended in place (location, map, alerts).
• Prototype in lockstep: workbench view switcher + map renderer + provenance badges + steward record gesture (stub picker) + alert-offer subscribe; market lineup organizer-claimed entry + claim affordance + alert switch; steward's-desk roster-ingestion card.
• Verified: all three example manifests validate against the JSON schema (pyyaml + jsonschema); workbench V1–V8 pass in a Node harness; planted V2/V3 violations caught; page JS syntax-checked.
• Committed 84be99f, pushed session-0013. At the whole-document review gate — awaiting operator review before merge to main (no publish yet).

Deferred decisions

Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at finalize. Empty if none.

• Q19/Q20/Q21 checkpoint defaults taken while operator AFK. The decision checkpoints were presented (AskUserQuestion) but timed out with no response. Proceeded on the recommended options — Q19: full bootstrap ladder (organizer-claimed attendance + claimable business stubs + magic-link claim upgrade + steward's-desk AI roster ingestion); Q20: full geo contract (location field type + proximity params/expressions + map renderer added to the D44 catalog); Q21: module-declared subscribable alert offers (notifications primitive extension). All three land in the draft; the whole-document review gate at session end is where the operator can override any of them before merge.
