This file reserves session ID 0004 for makers-collective-demo. The driver replaces this body with the full transcript and renames the file to its final SESSION-0004.0-TRANSCRIPT-2026-07-07T08-32--.md form at session end.

Launch prompt

/goal Extend Hearth with first-class Entities (businesses, NGOs, co-ops, venues): brainstorm the concept into specs/hearth-platform-v1.md (business + product lenses) and iterate ui/designs/hearth-platform/index.html — key move: a product catalog belongs to a business Entity, and profiles attach it as a module (many people can feature one business's products), replacing the person-owned catalog. Redeploy the demo to hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org after.

Plan

Anchor: none — operator directive 2026-07-07: this is a demo repo; never file Gitea tickets for it; iterate quickly and directly (explicit override of the issue-anchored rule, D2)

  1. Brainstorm Entities (businesses, NGOs, co-ops, venues) with the operator — design checkpoints on entity model, catalog ownership, profile-module attachment.
  2. Accrete the business + product lens updates into specs/hearth-platform-v1.md (engineering lens stays for a later tech-design session).
  3. Iterate ui/designs/hearth-platform/index.html: product catalog moves to a business Entity; profiles attach it as a module (many people can feature one business's products), replacing the person-owned catalog.
  4. Whole-document review gate on the spec-so-far; then publish demo via scripts/publish-demo.sh and verify https://hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org.

Progress (checkpoint 2026-07-07 ~09:00 PST)

  • Operator directives recorded: (1) never file Gitea issues for this demo repo — session runs unanchored (D2 override); (2) deploy to hearth-demo only at session end / explicit ask — iterate via Claude Design mid-session.
  • Design checkpoints agreed via AskUserQuestion: D18 all catalogs entity-owned (solo sellers get one-minute one-person entities); D19 featuring by entity-granted tiered consent (open / by-request / invite; orders route to entity; carrier named); D20 demo scope = rework all catalog surfaces + one new co-op entity example; §6 gets minimal coherence touch-ups + tech-design flag.
  • Spec v0.2.0 drafted on branch session-0004 (commit 38f28ac): PP-9, BO-6, BUC-9, PUC-15/16, personas (Entity operator, Featurer), §6.3/6.4 touch-ups, F6/F12, PM-7, Q11, D18D20, glossary.
  • Prototype iterated (commit b2139d9): Marsh Chairs / Okafor Stoneware / Raman Textiles entity attribution, professional editor features entity catalogs, Hexamer & Sons carried-by panel + grant, new Pike & Salt Makers Co-op view, About Businesses→Entities, registry modules (Entity Catalog v4.0, Shopify sync entity-level).
  • Review mirror: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/69338c60-d943-4f7d-a4dc-778f381dd267
  • At the review gate (spec render + prototype artifact) — awaiting operator.

Progress (checkpoint 2 — review round 2)

  • Review round 1 feedback: (a) "Where does one create or update a business entity?" — gap acknowledged; (b) rename: operator rejected "entity" (database-speak), chose Businesses (D21; types company/NGO/co-op/venue); (c) scope: build the full manage editor, not just a section.
  • Commit 8a86a39: global rename (OHM "non-human entity" citations preserved), "Your businesses" section on Your-profiles, "Manage: Marsh Chairs" editor (identity/type, operators, catalog+connector, grant tiers with worked approve flow — Rosa Tran), manage buttons wired; spec D20/D21 + §5 management surfaces.
  • Artifact republished (same URL); at review gate round 2.

Deferred decisions

Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at finalize. Empty if none.
