Code strip (branch pivot-strip-storefront, now deleted): removed storefronts domain, products import/export/image HTTP spine, SPA frontend/, Playwright e2e/; kept /healthz + /api/auth/* (accounts) + catalog-normalization library + platform/*. check.sh green (import-linter KEPT, pytest passing). app.json/README/CLAUDE.md repointed; VERSION 0.8.0 → 0.9.0; dev.sh/deployment.toml trimmed.

Outcome / next

Phase A shipped to main (PR #33, c18ddcc); NOT deployed. Operator chose to keep v0.8.0 running on ecomm-ppe (the working storefront demo) rather than deploy the v0.9.0 seed — so PPE intentionally diverges from main for now. The seed is done at merge, not shipped; redeploy decision deferred until the network has surfaces worth showing.
Phase B (Medusa storefront engine) is SD-gated. Operator chose "write the SD first" — the network/storefront Solution Design (a wgl-brainstorming session) leads, with network_strategy.md + the OHM identity/relationality super-drafts as inputs. Medusa scaffolding + flotilla provisioning follow from that design, not this session. This is the network SD deferred at session start, now the explicit next step.
