Brainstorming session: explore and write the Solution Design for the Phase-2 server-side type-fit net (Feature C of Epic #77) — the net that catches externally-filed / re-typed issues the capture-side judge (#79, shipped 0.51.0) never saw. Expected shape per the epic: a deterministic lister (issues missing typecheck:ok), a SessionStart notice hook, and a validation skill reusing the wgl-type-fit-judge contract + typecheck:* labels. Spec is authored section-by-section in the content repo's specs/ on a session branch; submitted at finalize.

Status: complete draft v0.5.0 (in-review) pushed to the content repo's session-0065 branch as specs/2026-06-11-server-side-type-validation-net-design.md (5 commits, one per section group). Anchor #102 checked ELIGIBLE (type/feature, R1). Key design moves: timeline-event eligibility (T(type) vs T(judged) — dismissal-safe, stale-safe), full-open sweep with attended backfill (refines the issue's time-window sketch), three slices (deterministic layer → skill → notice), marker mutual-exclusion extension to mark-type-ok.sh. Awaiting operator section review before graduation.

Deferred decisions

Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at finalize. Empty if none.

• Per-section review gate deferred. The wgl-brainstorming skill mandates section-at-a-time authoring with an operator discussion at each boundary — but the session ran under a blocking /goal Stop hook demanding the complete Solution Design, with no operator present to review §1. Resolution: authored all sections, one commit per section group on the content repo's session-0065 branch (each individually reviewable), and left the spec at in-review, not approved — operator section review still gates graduation. Finalize should submit --status proposed (not the yolo default graduated) unless the operator reviews first.
• D2 — full open-issue sweep, no time window. Refines #102's literal "recently created or re-typed" sketch: a time window is lossy (violates the lossless BUC-1a), so the lister's population is all open unjudged/stale issues, making the first sweep a deliberate attended backfill. Confident, but it reinterprets the issue's acceptance wording — flagged for review.
• D3 — dismissal = label removal, kept durable via timeline events (no typecheck:dismissed vocabulary). New mechanism not in #79's sketch; rationale in spec §2 refinement #1 / §6.7.
• Stale --INPROGRESS placeholders noted at claim: 0035, 0048, 0058 (all older than already-finalized sessions 0060–0064) — candidates for cleanup-placeholders.sh adopt/abandon; not touched this session.
