Outcome: site built, pushed (wiggleverse/wiggleverse-www), deployed to Cloudflare Pages, briefly live on the apex, then pulled to pre-prod at the operator's call (not ready). Ends in pre-prod on wiggleverse-www.pages.dev (SEO off) + localhost.

Launch prompt

The session opened as a quick "where are the branding docs / web plan?" lookup (answered: wiggleverse-org/corp — brand/, ROADMAP.md, sessions/), then the operator ran /goal next roadmap item, which turned it into tracked coding work.

Plan

Kick off Phase 1 (umbrella nonprofit's public home, static site on the benbetson.us pattern). Roadmap cycle: brainstorm → spec → plan → build. This session: spec it, build the static site, ship via manual Cloudflare deploy.

Pre-session state

corp clean on pushed main; Phase 0 (brand identity) already merged (PR #1 — the roadmap's "awaiting merge" note was stale).
No wiggleverse-www repo yet. Brand kit complete in corp/brand/assets/.
benbetson.us (the reference pattern) cloned locally — it actually runs Eleventy (for its blog); its non-blog pages are passthrough.

Turn-by-turn arc

Gate / routing. Opened as wgl-session-none (quick lookup), then /goal reclassified it → wgl-session-coding-init, claimed session corp/0002, installed corp CLAUDE.md, clean baseline confirmed.
Brainstorm → spec. Read BRAND.md + benbetson pattern. Stop-hook pressure + autonomous mode → made the open decisions directly (plain static / no 11ty; vendor brand assets; repo wiggleverse/wiggleverse-www; Home full + 5 sub-pages; manual Cloudflare deploy). Wrote design spec → corp PR #4, merged.
Build. 34 files: 6 pages, styles.css on brand tokens, script.js, vendored brand kit, _headers, robots/sitemap/manifest/404, deploy-site.sh, app.json, README, CLAUDE.md. Smoke-tested (routes 200, links resolve, fonts present, fingerprint verified, app.json validates vs schema).
Push. Org-repo API create 403'd (token write:repository only; push-to- create off for orgs). Operator created the empty repo in the Gitea UI; pushed main over SSH.
Deploy → live. Operator stored a scoped Cloudflare token in the Keychain (wgl-cloudflare-token-wiggleverse.org, never echoed); zone active. Ran deploy-site.sh → Pages project wiggleverse-www, custom domains + CNAMEs. Verified all routes 200 over HTTPS, CSP/HSTS applied. Roadmap → shipped (PRs #5, #6).
Operator edits (home). Router leads with "Curious human"; dropped "childlike" (lead + og:desc — caught the og:desc by verification); removed the "radical transparency / a condition" build card; trimmed kid line.
Pulled back to pre-prod. Operator: "this isn't ready to be live." Removed the wiggleverse.org/www custom domains + CNAMEs (apex down). pages.dev kept (operator: "fine") but SEO turned off (robots Disallow:/ + X-Robots-Tag: noindex). Started localhost. Roadmap corrected → pre-prod (PR #7).
Transparency removed site-wide. Operator: "take it out for now, I'll figure out how it fits." Deleted the page, stripped nav/footer links, removed the Building section + meta mention, reworded Give, dropped from sitemap. Kept the OHM transparency principle on The Model. Verified (404, absent from nav).
Kid line. Removed "That's the whole game." from Learn (hero + og:desc) to match home.
Finalize. Docs corrected (roadmap page-list + spec §10 post-build note) → corp PR #8. Memory written to the new wiggleverse-www bucket.

Live surfaces: wiggleverse.org — down (custom domains + DNS removed). wiggleverse-www.pages.dev — serving, SEO off. localhost:4173 — running.
Cloudflare: Pages project wiggleverse-www exists (account Benstull@gmail.com); zone wiggleverse.org active but no longer bound to the project.

Deferred decisions

No build step / no 11ty (v1). Roadmap says "no build step"; benbetson actually runs Eleventy (for its blog). Chose plain static since wiggleverse-www has no templated content yet. Graduate to 11ty when a blog/many pages arrive.
Brand assets vendored into the site repo rather than referenced cross-repo — self-contained site, low drift risk, but a second copy.
Honest stubs for Learn & Give (no fabricated content / no dead donate form).
Skipped interactive brainstorming / visual companion, self-approved the design under autonomous mode + the active /goal + stop-hook pressure.
Kept the OHM transparency principle on The Model when removing transparency site-wide (it's part of the model's definition, not the positioning being reworked) — operator can override.

What lands on the operator's plate

Decide launch. When ready: revert the SEO block (robots + X-Robots-Tag in _headers), re-add the wiggleverse.org/www custom domains + proxied CNAMEs, redeploy via deploy-site.sh.
Code of Conduct (TLDR + full) to be added somewhere — transparency was pulled to make room for that rethink.
The wgl-cloudflare-token-wiggleverse.org Keychain entry persists; revoke the underlying Cloudflare token if it shouldn't linger.
A localhost dev server (http://127.0.0.1:4173/) was left running this session.

Prompt the operator can paste into the next session

/goal Add a Code of Conduct page (TLDR + full) to wiggleverse-www, finish any
content polish, then decide whether to launch on wiggleverse.org — per
wiggleverse-org/corp/ROADMAP.md Phase 1 and the site's phase1-marketing-site
memory. Site is in pre-prod (pages.dev, SEO off) — don't re-point the apex until
explicitly told it's ready.

Roadmap alternative if not continuing the site: /goal Phase 2 — flotilla app type 'static-cloudflare-website', per corp/ROADMAP.md.
