# Session 0002.0 — Transcript > App: wiggleverse-www > Start: 2026-06-08T06-30 (PST) > End: 2026-06-08T08-28 (PST) > Type: planning-and-executing > Status: **FINALIZED** > Posture: autonomous (yolo, default) ## Launch prompt > "ok, let's work on the wiggleverse marketing site. Where were we?" Classified at the session gate as planning-and-executing after the operator chose "Build / fix content." Claimed session 0002 (clean `main` baseline). The session became a sustained **pre-prod copy/positioning pass** on the static marketing site, ending in a merge to `main`. Nothing was deployed (site deliberately held in pre-prod; localhost-only verification loop). ## Pre-state - `wiggleverse-www` content-complete, in pre-prod on `wiggleverse-www.pages.dev`, apex deliberately un-pointed (operator holding since 2026-06-05). - `main` clean at `d8c1b00`. Pages: Home, The Model (OHM), Building, Learn, Give, Code of Conduct. Site built heavily around the Open Human Model (OHM) as "the foundation"; kids framed as a first-class/leading audience. ## Turn-by-turn arc 1. **Orientation.** Read memory, summarized "where we were" (held in pre-prod; only the launch decision outstanding). Gate → planning-and-executing; claimed 0002. 2. **Standing workflow set.** Operator: always preview on **localhost** before any deploy; this app has **no PPE tier**. Started `python3 -m http.server 8000` (127.0.0.1), saved as memory [[localhost-preview-loop]]. 3. **Copy review.** Read every page; delivered a ranked "what could alienate people" report (Tier 1: the "software preys on you" framing + kids'-page line + OHM/POSIX jargon; Tier 2: utopian "world peace", Aaron Swartz dedication; Tier 3: clarity nits). 4. **Kids de-emphasized.** Operator: "we aren't starting [with kids]." Chose "Remove for now." Stripped the Home kid doorway + "Young person" router card, the "wholesome kids' games" entry, kid-addressed Learn copy (reframed generic), Give's "kids' doorway" line; removed orphaned `.kid` CSS. CoC minors protections kept. Memory [[positioning-kids-not-the-lead]]. 5. **About page.** Operator supplied a founder transcript (era of infinite alternatives; cloud/SaaS/LLM commoditization; Fed + Fortune 500 cred; ethical alternatives). Built `about/index.html` as a first-person founder essay (chosen via AskUserQuestion: founder voice, About first in nav). Wired into nav/footer/ sitemap. Second transcript chunk added the "three moats becoming anchors" section + the "give value, not extract" close. 6. **Voice rule.** Operator: never use "replace" — alternatives only. Scrubbed all replace-coded wording sitewide. Memory [[voice-alternatives-not-replace]]. 7. **OHM hidden + Give reworked.** Operator: take The Model out of nav, don't mention OHM yet; Give should ask developers for time → ben@wiggleverse.org. Via AskUserQuestion chose "hide it, keep the ethics" + "generalize both" (CoC + dedication). Removed The Model + "Read OHM" CTA from nav; delinked everywhere; scrubbed OHM naming from Home/Building/About; generalized CoC grounding to "our shared principles"; orphaned + `noindex`'d the Model page, dropped from sitemap; reworked Give to developer recruitment. Generalized the Aaron Swartz dedication. 8. **Gitea links removed** (footer + inline prose) on operator request. 9. **Committed** the whole pass to branch `pre-prod-content-pass` (a5869aa), pushed over SSH. 10. **Chrome integration (rabbit hole).** Operator wanted Claude Code's `/chrome` integration to iterate together. Walked setup; hit friction (127 vs localhost in Edge, approved-sites confusion, browser-tool registration). Diagnosed via Bash: the native messaging host (`com.anthropic.claude_code_browser_extension.json`) is **missing for both Chrome and Edge** — never installed — so no browser tools ever reached the agent. Not an Edge-vs-Chrome issue. Left unresolved; the localhost + curl/grep loop kept the work moving regardless. 11. **Home hero reworded** → "Ethical alternatives to the software that connects you to other humans" (h1 + title + og:title). 12. **Finalize.** Operator ready to merge, will iterate in a different session. Committed hero change (f3f67e8), merged `pre-prod-content-pass` → `main` `--no-ff` (b9bf8b3), pushed, deleted the merged branch. ## Deferred decisions - Home audience router now has **two cards pointing to Give** (Builder = devs, Funder = money-later). Flagged to operator; left as-is (reads fine). - Updated Home ``/`og:title` to match the new hero tagline (operator only named the hero); flagged, low-risk, easily reverted. - "About first in nav" makes 5 nav items + (removed) CTA; flagged header-spacing to eyeball. ## Cut state - `main` clean at **`b9bf8b3`**, pushed; `pre-prod-content-pass` merged + deleted (local + remote). - 11 files changed across the pass; `about/index.html` added. - **Nothing deployed.** Pipeline (§9): localhost verified; no PPE tier; prod (apex) deliberately held. The `pages.dev` pre-prod target was NOT refreshed this session. - Local server may still be running on `127.0.0.1:8000`. ## Operator plate / open items - **Remaining copy/tone flags:** "software that runs your life / preys on you" framing still on Give & About; POSIX/IETF jargon (only on the hidden Model page). - **Chrome `/chrome` integration unresolved** — native messaging host missing for both browsers (never installed). Deferred. - Before launch: confirm `conduct@wiggleverse.org` is monitored; site still held in pre-prod pending the operator's go. ## Next-session prompt ``` /wgl-planning-and-executing Continue the wiggleverse-www copy/tone pass — soften the "software that runs your life / preys on you" framing on the Give and About pages, per the session-0002 copy review. (Site is held in pre-prod; preview on localhost, don't deploy.) ```
