## Plan

Follow-up to session 0004 (PR #12, the Solution Design standard). The tier-1
digest `agent-context.md` auto-loads each session but didn't mention how specs
are written, so the new format wasn't discoverable without reading the full
handbook. Add a short discoverable pointer.

## Pre-state

Clean `main`, synced. `agent-context.md` mentioned `SPEC.md` only in passing
under repo-roles (§5.3); no spec-writing section.

## Arc

1. Claimed session **0005** (no other sessions in flight; 0004 finalized).
2. Located the natural home — right after the repo-roles section (where
   `SPEC.md` is first mentioned), before "Branch, PR, worktrees (§5.4)".
3. Added a short **"Specs are Solution Designs (§3.3)"** note: one doc / three
