— into a well-formed, typed, source-linked Gitea issue. **Outcome:** filed **#30**
(`type/feature`, `priority/P1`) on `wiggleverse/engineering`; reconciled two
leftover drafts that turned out to be already filed; filed two pieces of plugin
feedback (#76, #80).

   filed **#30**. Operator: "don't keep markdown copies — they're in Gitea" →
   discarded the filed draft. → **Filed plugin feedback #80** (discard-after-file
   default; reconsider publish step; detector-drift).
8. **Leftover drafts.** Operator chose "file them now" — but a tracker check showed
   both were **already filed** (#25 observability, #26 uplift); titles + internal
   `#25` reference matched. Surfaced the contradiction (filing would duplicate);
   operator chose **discard both**. `issues/` now empty.
9. **Finalize.** Survey clean; deferred-decisions empty; nothing parked.
