# Session 0001.0 — Transcript

## Plan

1. Brainstorm the Wiggleverse umbrella brand (process: superpowers brainstorming).
2. Choose a direction, the mark, palette, type, audiences; mock the homepage.
3. Write `BRAND.md`; write an asset-kit implementation plan.
4. Build the asset kit subagent-driven; review; merge.
5. Write a web/brand `ROADMAP.md` (marketing site + flotilla phases + future).
6. Finalize: merge PRs, memory, transcript.

## Pre-session state

`wiggleverse-org/corp` held only `Wiggleverse_Bylaws.md` (single commit,
`ddcd767`). No brand existed anywhere in the Wiggleverse ecosystem. Reference
pattern for the eventual site: `benbetson.us` (static Cloudflare Pages, no build
step). Source material for the brand: the OHM corpus (`ohm-content/PHILOSOPHY.md`,
RFC-0001 `human.md`, the commerce super-drafts) and the operator's own framing.

## Turn-by-turn arc

- **Scoping.** Decomposed the ask into 4 sub-projects: (1) brand, (2) marketing
  site, (3) flotilla `static-cloudflare-website` app type, (4) flotilla Pages
  deploy. Resolved that the "dev-env CLI" = **flotilla** (no separate CLI exists).
  Chose to start with the brand.
- **Brand brainstorm.** Read OHM deeply. Operator supplied the soul of the
  Wiggleverse: a wise, childlike world where humans + machines connect; learning
  is the win ("if you learned something, you succeeded"); humane low-cost
  alternatives (ecomm first); radical transparency; "what is enough"; we are
  verbs, not nouns; treat humans as humans (Buddhist root); kids and a better
  future; operator at the center Linus-style (deliberate steward of meaning).
- **Direction.** Operator chose *Constellation* (cosmic, connected, "-verse"),
  serious-core/playful-warmth. Then flagged the first marks as **ego-centric**
  ("I'm not trying to be the center of the universe; I represent ethics and human
  rights"). Re-centered: a constellation has no sun. Converged on the
  **"Circle of Equals"** — one living, wiggling line through six equal nodes,
  closed into a ring, **no center**; the bond is the ethic, the empty center
  holds the principle (faithful to OHM *ego reduction*). Operator: "it's amazing."
- **System.** Locked palette (dark "sky" + light "paper"), a two-register type
  system (Space Grotesk + Inter machine register; Fraunces italic human
  register), and mocked the homepage hero in the visual companion.
- **Kids.** Operator caught that kids weren't explicit. Made **young person** a
  first-class audience (real users) with a genuine kid doorway → five audiences.
- **Future idea (captured, not scheduled):** wholesome kids' games as the humane
  alternative to dopamine-extraction games.
- **Spec + build.** Wrote `brand/BRAND.md` (committed), then an asset-kit plan,
  then built the kit **subagent-driven** (one implementer per task + verification;
  final independent review APPROVED). Mark variants, favicons, 1200×630 OG image
  (webfonts verified rendering), self-hosted fonts, `tokens.css`, README, a
  Playwright render harness. AA contrast 15.5:1 / 10.3:1.
- **Roadmap.** Wrote `ROADMAP.md` for the whole initiative.
- **Finalize.** Merged PR #1 (brand), #2 (roadmap), #3 (an interim session note)
  to main; wrote a memory breadcrumb; re-ran finalize on the newer skill to
  register `corp` (`app.json`) and publish this protocol transcript.

Final repo state: `main` clean, no open PRs. Brand mockups persist locally
(uncommitted) under `wiggleverse/meta/.superpowers/`.

## What lands on the operator's plate

- **Merge governance honored:** all PRs were merged on operator approval ("merge
  both now"); operator merges PRs Linus-style.
- **One Name** chosen for this repo: `corp` (mechanically derived from the repo
  name). Correct it (e.g. to `wiggleverse-org`) if preferred — it's only
  session-tooling metadata here, not a deployable-app name.
- **Interim `sessions/` note** is now redundant with this protocol transcript;
  remove it in a future touch if you like.
- Gotchas: the mark must stay **centerless** (no hero node). Cloudflare token for
  flotilla deploy → GCP Secret Manager id `<deployment>-cf-api-token`.

## Prompt the operator can paste into the next session
