``` ```
## Plan
> Anchor: #66 (type/task, P3) — "Mention section-by-section spec authoring in the
> canonical solution-design GUIDE"
1. **engineering repo** (isolated worktree off origin/main — canonical checkout is on
a concurrent session's branch): add an "Authoring conventions" bullet to
`solution-design/GUIDE.md` — a Solution Design is built and reviewed one section
at a time, with a discussion at each boundary; never drafted whole and skimmed
once. Branch → PR → merge.
2. **plugin repo** (isolated worktree off origin/main — canonical checkout is on
`fix/capture-finalize-skip-memory` with uncommitted capture drafts): tighten
`skills/wgl-brainstorming/SKILL.md` Step 9 to point at the GUIDE convention
rather than carrying the full rationale (per §4.1 documentation-leads-automation).
Bump version 0.34.0 → 0.35.0, lint, branch → PR → merge with `Fixes #66`.
## Results (checkpoint)
- Eligibility gate: #66 is `type/task` → ELIGIBLE (R2b), checked via
`check-issue-eligibility.sh --for implementation-plan`.
- engineering PR #29 merged (`8bd4c1a`): GUIDE.md Authoring conventions gains
"Built and reviewed one section at a time" (after "The solution may not be
software"), citing the wgl-brainstorming loop.
- plugin PR #71 merged (`2036748`, **0.35.0**): wgl-brainstorming Step 9 framing
now points at the GUIDE convention for rationale/document-shape; keeps only the
load-bearing rule + the 5-step loop. `Fixes #66` → issue auto-closed (verified).
- lint.sh clean (shellcheck skipped — not installed). Remote+local branches
deleted; both /tmp worktrees removed.
- Re-install needed for 0.35.0 to go live (cache lag).
