+Turn the operator's standing concern — the self-hosted Gitea forge has no backups

+leftover drafts that turned out to be already filed; filed two pieces of plugin

+## Plan

+  dirty (operator's pre-existing docs work — untouched all session).

+## Turn-by-turn arc
+
+1. **Gate + claim.** Classified `capture:` prompt as a capture session (≥90%),
+   invoked `wgl-capture`, claimed session **0007** (no concurrent sessions).
+2. **Resolve + scan.** Resolved app `engineering`; content repo = same repo.
