Low risk: nothing cites a solution-design §5 subsection today.
- **"Brainstorming flow points at the doc" acceptance bullet satisfied doc-side only.** The `wgl-brainstorming` skill lives in the plugin source repo, out of this session's repo scope; it authors specs *from* GUIDE/TEMPLATE, which now carry the gate.
