chore(ohm): close out abandoned sessions 0026, 0027, 0045
Claimed but never finalized (idle >4h); no transcript content was ever written. Replace the --INPROGRESS placeholders with finalized transcripts (end=start, marked abandoned) and update manifest titles. Closed out by session 0068 per operator instruction.
