## Launch prompt
```
Let's make the concept of Profile modules and Space modules more distinct in the Studio. There are several objects in reality - Space modules, Profile modules, Business modules, Profile filters, and Post filters. I'm not sure how much overlap modules and filters have in terms of reusability/configuration yet, so let's keep them distinct
```
## Pre-state
- `main` at c7a2347 — spec v0.4.0 (Community Filters + the Studio, D26D29) +
prototype in lockstep; demo live at https://hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org.
- The five object kinds were blurred in the prototype: the Studio's Modules tab
showed only space modules (kind = section heading, not data); profile modules
stranded on About; business modules had no home (folded into "Personal modules
& integrations"); filter posts/profiles scope was triple-encoded (registry
chip / picker subtitle / Admin per-install toggles per D28).
- Spec §6.3 modeled module attachment as space/personal/profile; D28 made filter
scope purely per-install.
## Arc
1. **Init.** Classified as writing-plans (build-track entry); claimed 0007
(careful posture stamped); baseline clean (local main fast-forwarded to
c7a2347); worktree `session-0007` created per repo policy. Anchor gate: run
unanchored per standing directive (D-anchor).
2. **Orient.** Explore-agent survey of the 4.5k-line prototype + spec reads
produced the precise map above (registry containers, picker scopes,
triple-encoded filter scope, mis-scoped "Browse all modules →" link).
3. **Design decisions (operator, AskUserQuestion).** (1) Filter kind is
**author-declared, installs narrow** (amend D28); (2) **Business modules
attach to the Business**, Personal stays a distinct 4th kind; (3) Studio
keeps two tabs (D29) + kind sections/facets, composer asks kind first,
pickers kind-scoped, About grids stay as scoped views.
4. **Plan.** One implementation plan for the whole change —
`plans/2026-07-07-studio-object-kinds.md` (9 tasks: spec first, then CSS/JS,
Studio Modules/Filters, Admin, pickers, Manage-business, About, Playwright
smoke). Committed to session branch f8ca788; review gate held.
5. **Gate passed + execute (operator: "Update the demo and the spec" —
D-execute).** Executed all 9 tasks, one commit per task (48323dd…98fee80):
- spec v0.5.0: **D30** (module kinds explicit — space/profile/business/
personal; business = new operator-managed attachment level), **D31**
(manifest declares `reads ⊆ {posts, profiles}`; install's `applies_to ⊆
reads` — amends D28), **Q15** (module/filter machinery overlap deliberately
unresolved; distinct artifact classes), §6.3 rows, PUC-20, §5 UX, glossary,
v0.5.0 §6 tech-design flag note;
- prototype: kind badges + `data-kind` everywhere, Studio Modules = four
kind groups behind Space/Profile/Business/Personal facets (12 cards),
Filters = Post/Profile facets + "Declares:" copy, Admin posts-only filters
lose the Profiles toggle (capability-bound), kind-scoped pickers with
`data-studio-kind` facet deep links, Manage-business Business-modules
search-and-add, About split into Business/Personal module sections.
- Playwright smoke green (facets, badges, capability-bound rows, deep links,
no console errors). Merged at 8adf315; published + verified.
6. **Follow-on 1 (operator ask).** PFM "About this space" section — vendors
declare market attendance, shoppers discover products (66b6248; merged,
republished, verified).
7. **Follow-on 2 (operator ask).** Moved the About blurb under the space name,
condensed to exactly three sentences (1a440b4; render-checked, merged,
republished, verified).
8. **Finalize.** Plan archive confirmed idempotent (already on main);
session-0007 branch deleted local+remote (matches 00040006 convention);
session-0002 branch left untouched; memory + next-goal refreshed; transcript
published (this file).
## Cut state
- `main` = 1a440b4, clean, pushed; demo live and byte-verified at
https://hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org.
- Spec v0.5.0 `status: proposed`; §6 engineering lens still flagged for
tech-design (now Q12Q15, incl. the new object-kind contracts).
- Plan `plans/2026-07-07-studio-object-kinds.md` executed + archived in-repo
(this repo is its own content repo).
- No session-0007 worktree or branch remains. **Concurrent session 0008 went
live during finalize** (worktree `../makers-collective-demo--wt-space-slugs`,
branch `session-0008` at 1a440b4) — untouched by this session.
## Deferred decisions
- **D-anchor:** Session runs unanchored (no SPEC-completed anchor, no leaf
issue). Standing operator directive in repo memory: never file Gitea issues
for this repo; sessions run unanchored by design (precedent: session 0006).
Confidence: high — directive is explicit.
- **D-execute:** Operator passed the plan-review gate and instructed "Update the
demo and the spec" — plan executed in this same session (writing-plans type
normally stops at its gate; explicit operator instruction overrides, precedent
session 0006). Posture for the execution arm: autonomous.
- **D-finalize-timeout:** Wrap-up approval question timed out (operator away);
proceeded with the recommended plan on the strength of the explicit
`/wgl-session-finalize` invocation — all steps pre-authorized, local, or
reversible-and-conventional (merged-branch deletion). Left `session-0002`
branch untouched.
- **Design calls baked into the shipped work, flagged at handoff:**
both-declared filters render one combined "Post + profile filter" badge (not
two artifacts); two demo business modules invented (Wholesale Inquiries,
Square Catalog Sync); social/family profile editors keep plain toggle lists.
## Operator plate
- Review spec v0.5.0's D30/D31 wording at leisure (`status: proposed` — the
session never self-graduates).
- Session 0008 (space-slugs) is in flight in its own worktree.
## Next-session prompt
```
/goal Complete the Hearth SPEC's engineering lens (tech-design session) for the flagged v0.2v0.5 work: biz/* featuring contracts + CatalogFeature lifecycle, BusinessMembership admission/attendance lifecycle (Q12/Q13), the filter manifest shape + disposition contract + profile-scope rendering pipeline + registry review mechanics (Q14), and the object-kind contracts — module kind field incl. the business attachment level's operator-management lifecycle, filter reads declaration + applies_to ⊆ reads validation, module/filter machinery overlap (Q15) — per the §6 version notes in specs/hearth-platform-v1.md
## Plan
> Anchor: unanchored — standing operator directive: no Gitea issues for this repo; demo-repo sessions run unanchored by design (override logged below).
Write ONE implementation plan to make the five authorable object kinds distinct
in the Hearth Studio — Space modules, Profile modules, Business modules,
Profile filters, Post filters — keeping modules and filters as distinct
concepts (no shared reusability/configuration model yet). Spec
(`specs/hearth-platform-v1.md`) and prototype
(`ui/designs/hearth-platform/index.html`) move in lockstep. Stop at the plan
review gate; execution is a separate session.
> Plan drafted: `plans/2026-07-07-studio-object-kinds.md` on branch `session-0007`
> (f8ca788, pushed). Operator decisions locked 2026-07-07: filter kind
> author-declared w/ install narrowing (amends D28 → D31); Business modules
> attach to the Business, Personal stays a 4th kind (D30); Studio keeps two tabs
> + kind sections/facets. Gate passed ("Update the demo and the spec") —
> executed in-session: spec v0.5.0 + prototype, one commit per task
> (48323dd…98fee80), Playwright smoke green, merged to main at 8adf315,
> published to https://hearth-demo.wiggleverse.org and verified (sha256 match),
> worktree removed per standing authorization (224e897).
## Deferred decisions
- **D-execute:** Operator passed the plan-review gate and instructed "Update the
demo and the spec" — plan executed in this same session (writing-plans type
normally stops at its gate; explicit operator instruction overrides, precedent
session 0006). Posture for the execution arm: autonomous.
- **D-anchor:** Session runs unanchored (no SPEC-completed anchor, no leaf issue).
Standing operator directive in repo memory: never file Gitea issues for this
repo; sessions run unanchored by design (precedent: session 0006, same arm).
Confidence: high — directive is explicit.
_Autonomous-mode low-confidence calls the driver made and would have
liked operator input on. Appended as the session runs; surfaced at
finalize. Empty if none._
