+## Turn-by-turn arc
+
+1. **Init.** Claimed **0067** (`--type planning-and-executing`, start 13-58),
+   seeded the Plan block + design anchor; baseline clean (only the
+   pre-existing stray capture-mvp PDF); eligibility gate:
+   `check-issue-eligibility.sh --for implementation-plan --design …` →
+   **ELIGIBLE (R2a)**. Entered native worktree

+2. **Plan.** Grounded in the actual sources (claim script `--type` plumbing,
