Breakage is value a Human paid for and may never receive goods against — from rounding and from dormant balances — and it is the sharpest ethics test in the entire product, because the platform profits from money the person never spent. This RFC defines Breakage in relation to the Human who is owed it, not merely as platform revenue. It serves Dignity and is bound tightly to Non-Extraction and Duty of Care.

The platform grants its discount at spend rather than at load, which is precisely what keeps balances parked in the ecosystem. This RFC defines Discount/Reward and names that parking effect honestly as a lock-in lever, so it is argued in the open rather than operating silently. It serves Agency by making the incentive visible and contestable.

A Load is the moment a Human moves real money into stored value, and not all loads are equal. This RFC defines Load and the principle that any reward must be funded by a fee the platform avoided, never stacked on a fee it paid — which is why bank rails can earn a discount and cards cannot. It serves Agency and depends on Informed Consent.
