A shared, dedicated definition of what a Human is in OHM is the prerequisite for everything that comes after it — Identity, Interiority, Agency, Relationality, Temporality, Wise Speech, Informed Consent, and any future work all depend on a common understanding of what is being modeled in the first place. Without that foundation, every subsequent RFC has to re-litigate the question of what a Human is on its own terms, and the framework as a whole loses coherence. +This RFC establishes that foundation.
